- Each presenter is required to prepared presenting material by using MS PowerPoint for 12 minutes and Q&A for 3 minutes.
- Presenter will receive the presenting schedule of your paper and all publications of your research colleges including meeting links and meeting ID via email. If you have any problems with presenting, you can contact administrator by e-mail.
- All research papers will be presented via Zoom application. If you have any problems with Zoom platform, please contact your administrator via email.
- Presenter is required to login to the meeting room before the session begin about 30 minutes to test your resenting and prepare your computer.
- The presentation order will follow the session schedule. Session chair will introduce each presenter and ensure presenter stays on time. The administrator will notify when the presentation time is already 10 minutes and 12 minutes.
- Each meeting room is supported by an administrator. The meeting is recorded for publishing.
- All research presentation is available to attend according to the provided meeting links. Please login before the session begin to ask for accepting from the administrator.
