Abstract Submission
The abstract consists of up to 200 words and 5 keywords. The abstract can be submitted under ICBIR online submission system as instruction below.
Full Paper Submission
The full paper must be prepared in IEEE double-column manuscript format by using IEEE Microsoft Word in A4 size or LaTeX template. Your paper MUST be written strictly in English within 4-6 pages in length of A4 size, including all text, figures, tables, and references. The paper should consist of up to 200 words abstract and up to 5 keywords. No page number should be printed. The manuscript MUST be submitted to ICBIR online submission system in PDF format only (The instruction for online submission is available below). The submitted papers must not be published or under consideration to be published elsewhere.
IEEE is very strict about the requirements of PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. We strongly recommend to use the set of templates in Microsoft Word in A4 size or LaTeX format provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper, and must not modify the style nor the format under any circumstances.
Instruction for Online Submission
Step 1: Under “Authors” on the index page (the next page), go to “Make a Submission” to fill in your data. Then click “Make Submission”.
Step 2: Note down your user id and password which are necessary for the next step.
Step 3: Go back to the index page and click “Upload File” to upload your PDF manuscript. You will need to use your Submission ID and password to do this.
Step 4: Use “Choose File” to select your PDF file. Once you have found your file, click “Upload File”.
