{"id":1570,"date":"2022-05-13T03:35:23","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T03:35:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icbir.tni.ac.th\/2022\/?p=1570"},"modified":"2022-05-13T12:29:43","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T12:29:43","slug":"important-requirements-for-presenters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icbir.tni.ac.th\/2022\/?p=1570","title":{"rendered":"Important Requirements for Presenters"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Important Requirements for Presenters<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>NO-SHOW Policy: If none of the authors present the paper, your paper will not be included in the ICBIR2022 proceeding and not be placed in IEEE Xplore.<\/li>\n<li>Each presenter has 9-11 minutes to present and 4 minutes to answer questions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>For the timing of the presentation, after 9 minutes there will be 1 notification bell. After 11 minutes there will be 2 notification bells. When the presenter hears 2 notification bells, the presenter must give a summary and answer questions. After 15 minutes of presentation and answering questions, the bell will sound 2 times again.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>The presenter must turn on the camera at all times during the presentation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Presenters should dress appropriately while presenting.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Please be noted that the times shown in the table are Thailand&#8217;s time (GMT+7), therefore presenters have to concern the time difference.<\/li>\n<li>All the presenters have to log into the session room at least 15 minutes before the starting time of your session, in order to show your participation to session chair.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>For presenters who will be attending the conference on-site please bring your own laptop computer to use in presenting your paper.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Please use the virtual background from the provided image during your presence at the conference.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>The virtual background can be download from<\/b><strong> :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1oyyXWoknBQE4VO_LgtuZ6r2umwMgPWFv?usp=sharing\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1oyyXWoknBQE4VO_LgtuZ6r2umwMgPWFv?usp=sharing<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Important Requirements for Presenters NO-SHOW Policy: If none of the authors present the paper, your paper will not be included in the ICBIR2022 proceeding and not be placed in IEEE Xplore.
