Important Requirements for Presenters

NO-SHOW Policy: If none of the authors present the paper, your paper will not be included in the ICBIR2022 proceeding and not be placed in IEEE Xplore.
Each presenter has 9-11 minutes to present and 4 minutes to answer questions.
For the timing of the presentation, after 9 minutes there will be 1 notification bell. After 11 minutes there will be 2 notification bells. When the presenter hears 2 notification bells, the presenter must give a summary and answer questions. After 15 minutes of presentation and answering questions, the bell will sound 2 times again.
The presenter must turn on the camera at all times during the presentation.
Presenters should dress appropriately while presenting.
Please be noted that the times shown in the table are Thailand’s time (GMT+7), therefore presenters have to concern the time difference.
All the presenters have to log into the session room at least 15 minutes before the starting time of your session, in order to show your participation to session chair.
For presenters who will be attending the conference on-site please bring your own laptop computer to use in presenting your paper.
