Q1: Where will my paper be published?
A1: Papers within the IEEE scope that meet required publication standards (successfully passing pre-screening in the original track) will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. View our previous proceedings here: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/conhome/1826344/all-proceedings.
Papers in the “Other related topics” track will be published in the E-Proceeding exclusively on the ICBIR website and will not be submitted to IEEE for publication.
Q2: Will the papers be indexed in Scopus?
A2: Typically, papers included in IEEE Xplore are subsequently indexed by Scopus. In previous ICBIR conferences, all articles meeting IEEE requirements were successfully indexed by Scopus.
However, the indexing process and timeline are entirely determined by Scopus and are beyond the control or guarantee of the conference organizers.
For papers published only in the ICBIR2026 e-Proceeding (Other related topics) on this website will not be indexed in external databases.
Q3: How do I complete the payment and registration?
A3: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration payment. Co-authors may register as “Audiences” and pay the audience rate. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card. For step-by-step instructions, please visit: https://icbir.tni.ac.th/registration/.
Q4: Can I present my paper online?
A4: No. ICBIR2026 is a face-to-face (on-site) event only. We do not offer online or video presentation options. To remain eligible for publication, at least one author must attend and present the paper in person.
