Remark
1) Registration fee is already included VAT 7%.
2) THB depending on currency exchange rate.
3) These amount does not include credit card or bank transfer fees.
4) MOU means participants from institution that had official academic agreement with TNI. TNI MOU list: [CLICK]
5) The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances and reasons.
6) For the technical conference committee (TPC) who have paper(s) for presentation, will register as same fee as IEEE members.
7) For TNI Lecturer/Student presenter, please make a registration via google form bottom.

Registration Guideline

1. Early Bird Registration : January 31, 2025 – March 28, 2025 (Thailand time zone: GMT+7)
2. Regular Registration : March 29, 2025 – April 17, 2025 (Thailand time zone: GMT+7)
3. We accept the payment by bank transfer and credit card. Please follow the following instruction.

– Please choose the credit card menu to upload your payment slip and make a registration.
– For IEEE/AIAT/MOU member, please upload a copy of your member card.
– For student, please upload a copy of your student ID card.

• Bank Transfer Payment

– Please pay the full registration fee to the below bank account.
– Please be noted that you must pay the bank transfer fee in order to guarantee that we will receive the full registration fee.
– After you pay the registration fee, please choose the fill out bank transfer information menu to upload your payment slip and make a registration.
– For IEEE/AIAT/MOU member, please upload a copy of your member card.
– For student, please upload a copy of your student ID card.
