2. Early-bird Registration**: March 5 – March 31, 2026 (GMT+7)
** The Early-bird rate applies to papers first submitted between January 16 – February 15, 2026, with the revised manuscript submitted by March 31, 2026.

3. Regular Registration***: April 1 – April 17, 2026 (GMT+7)
*** The Regular rate applies to papers first submitted between February 16 – March 15, 2026, with the revised manuscript submitted by April 17, 2026.


4. Each accepted paper must have at least one author complete a full registration. Other co-authors may participate as audience by completing the audience registration.

5. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Please follow the instructions provided below.

Note: The applicable registration rate is determined by the “1st Manuscript Submission Date” in conjunction with the “Revised Manuscript Submission Date.” If the submission requirements are not met within the specified period, the registration fee will be adjusted to the current prevailing rate.
Examples:
1) In case of late revised manuscript submission:
If you uploaded your 1st manuscript during the Early-bird Registration period (January 16 – February 15) but submit the revised manuscript after March 31, 2026, the Regular Registration rate will apply.
2) In case of early completion within a later submission round:
If you uploaded your 1st manuscript during the Regular Registration period (February 16 – March 15), you will still be required to register at the Regular Registration rate, even if your revised manuscript is submitted before April 1. Registration for this category will be available from April 1 – 17, 2026.
